Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, your company name, your email address, your phone number if you provide it, the nature of your request and your message. This site uses no analytics tools and sets no tracking cookies.
Why this information is collected
To answer your request, prepare a quote and communicate with you about your project. Your information is used for no other purpose.
Who it is shared with
No one. Your information is never sold, rented or traded. It is stored on the servers of the site's host and sent to the Vitrine Nord email address.
How long it is kept
Twenty-four months from your last communication, then deleted. If a contract is signed, information related to the engagement is kept for the periods required by tax law.
Your rights
You may request access to your information, its correction or its deletion. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@vitrinenord.com. You will receive a reply within thirty days. If the reply does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
